Witherbloom, whose campus lies in the misty marshes of Sedgemoor, studies the fragile boundary between the living and the dead. Its students brew potions from glowing fungi, manipulate carnivorous plants, and summon chthonic spirits to drain the vitality of their opponents. This strategy translates into a formidable cocktail in play: creature sacrifice, life gain, and drain.
⚗️ Strategy: Sacrifice, Alchemy, and Life Drain
The deck is led by Dina, Soul Steeper, a commander with a BG mana cost who turns every life gain into drain against your opponents. Her secondary ability lets you sacrifice a creature to put +1/+1 counters on another creature equal to the sacrificed creature's power, and gain that much life. A virtuous loop perfectly suited to the multiplayer Place order format.
