Available Delivery Options
In order to allow you to receive your purchase as quickly as possible and under optimal conditions, we have selected two trusted carriers: La Poste and Mondial Relay. When finalising your order, several delivery methods will be offered to you.
Delivery by La Poste
Standard Colissimo
- Delivery within 48 to 72 hours
- Delivery by hand or deposit in letterbox
- If your parcel cannot be deposited in your letterbox and you are absent, a second delivery attempt will be made and the parcel will then be held at your local post office
- Collection period: 10 working days at the post office
- Email notification 24 hours before the scheduled delivery
Colissimo with Signature
- Delivery within 48 to 72 hours
- Mandatory signature upon delivery (required due to the value of the parcel)
- Same holding conditions as a standard Colissimo in the event of absence
Colissimo Pickup Point
- Delivery within 48 to 72 hours
- Made available at a collection point of your choice:
- Post Office
- Pickup Locker
- Pickup network partner retailer (15,000 points available)
- Availability notification by SMS and email
- Collection period: 10 working days
Delivery by Mondial Relay
Mondial Relay Pickup Point
- Delivery within 48 to 96 hours
- Access to more than 10,000 pickup points in France and Europe
- Notification by SMS and email upon arrival of your parcel
- Collection period: 8 calendar days (public holidays included)
- Mandatory presentation of a valid identity document upon collection
Mondial Relay Locker Delivery
- Delivery within 48 to 96 hours
- Deposit in a secure automated locker
- Notification by SMS and email with collection code
- Collection period: 5 calendar days (public holidays included)
- Accessibility 24/7 depending on the Locker location
Mondial Relay Home Delivery
- Delivery within 48 to 96 hours
- Appointment scheduling available via the Mondial Relay app
- Real-time tracking of your parcel
- Option to change your delivery location up to 24 hours before delivery
Click & Collect in Roujan
- Free collection directly from our warehouse in Roujan
- Your order available within 24 to 48 hours
- Appointment required by phone or email
- Presentation of a valid identity document and order confirmation required
- Collection hours: by appointment only
Important information
We recommend that you carefully verify the postal address you enter on our website, as well as the accuracy of your phone number, to facilitate delivery of your order.
Please note: The holding period for Mondial Relay (8 days for Pickup Points® and 5 days for Lockers) is calculated in calendar days, not business opening days.
For your Click & Collect collection in Roujan, please contact us after validating your order to arrange a mutually convenient appointment.
For any urgent delivery, please contact our customer service before finalising your order in order to arrange an alternative shipping method.
The timescales mentioned are provided for information purposes for deliveries within mainland France. For shipments to other European countries, the timescales communicated by our carriers average between 3 and 14 days.
Delivery zones, transfer of risk, and damaged parcel
Delivery zones: MizouTCG delivers to mainland France, Belgium, and other countries of the European Union.
Transfer of risk: in accordance with item L. 216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the risks of loss or damage to the products are transferred to the customer at the moment the customer physically takes possession of the products. Any damage occurring during transit arranged by MizouTCG remains MizouTCG's responsibility, subject to the notification provided for in item 7.1 of the general terms and conditions of sale.
Damaged parcel: in the event of damage observed upon receipt, the reporting procedure and evidence to be provided are set out in item 7.1 of the general terms and conditions of sale.
