Available Delivery Options

To allow you to receive your purchase as quickly as possible and in optimal conditions, we have selected two trusted carriers: La Poste and Mondial Relay. When finalizing your order, several delivery methods will be offered to you.

Delivery by La Poste

Standard Colissimo

• Delivery within 48 to 72 hours
• Hand delivery or drop-off in the mailbox
• If your parcel cannot be placed in your mailbox and you are absent, it will be re-presented and then held at your local post office
• Pickup deadline: 10 business days at the post office
• Email notification 24 hours before the scheduled delivery

Colissimo with Signature

• Delivery within 48 to 72 hours
• Mandatory delivery against signature (required due to the parcel's value)
• Same availability conditions as a standard Colissimo in case of absence

Colissimo Pickup Point

• Delivery within 48 to 72 hours
• Made available at a collection point of your choice:
  • Post Office
  • Pickup Locker
  • Pickup network partner retailer (15,000 points available)
• Availability notification by SMS and email
• Pickup deadline: 10 business days

Delivery by Mondial Relay

Mondial Relay Pickup Point

• Delivery within 48 to 96 hours
• Access to more than 10,000 pickup points in France and Europe
• SMS and email notification as soon as your parcel arrives
• Pickup deadline: 8 calendar days (public holidays included)
• Mandatory presentation of an ID document upon pickup

Mondial Relay Locker Delivery

• Delivery within 48 to 96 hours
• Drop-off in a secure automated locker
• SMS and email notification with pickup code
• Pickup deadline: 5 calendar days (public holidays included)
• 24/7 accessibility depending on the Locker location

Mondial Relay Home Delivery

• Delivery within 48 to 96 hours
• Appointment booking available via the Mondial Relay app
• Real-time tracking of your parcel
• Option to change your delivery location up to 24 hours before delivery

Click & Collect in Roujan

• Free pickup directly at our warehouse in Roujan
• Your order is available within 24 to 48 hours
• Appointment booking required by phone or email
• ID document and order confirmation required upon pickup
• Pickup hours: by appointment only
