General Terms and Conditions of Sale<\/h1>\n\n

These terms and conditions of sale are established between, on the one hand, MizouTCG, a micro-entrepreneur not subject to VAT, registered under SIRET number 903 542 165 00019 and whose business address is located at 26 rue Bastard Senaux 34320 Roujan, hereinafter referred to as \"MizouTCG\" and, on the other hand, any natural or legal person making a purchase via the mizoutcg.fr website, hereinafter referred to as \"the customer\".<\/p>\n\n

Article 1. Purpose<\/h2>\n

These terms and conditions of sale aim to establish the contractual relationship between MizouTCG and the customer, as well as the terms applicable to any purchase made through the mizoutcg.fr website. The purchase of an item on this site implies the customer's full and complete acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, of which the customer acknowledges having taken note before placing the order. Prior to any transaction, the customer declares, on the one hand, that the purchase of products on the mizoutcg.fr website is not directly related to their professional activity and is strictly limited to personal use, and on the other hand, that they have the full legal capacity required to commit to these general terms and conditions of sale.<\/p>\n

MizouTCG reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or to improve the use of its site. Consequently, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date the customer places their order.<\/p>\n\n

Article 2. Products<\/h2>\n

The items offered are those listed on the mizoutcg.fr website, subject to available stock. MizouTCG reserves the right to modify the range of products offered at any time. Each item is presented on the website with a description detailing its main technical characteristics. The images are as accurate as possible but are not binding on the seller, particularly with regard to the exact shades of color.<\/p>\n\n

Article 3. Prices<\/h2>\n

The prices indicated on the product sheets of the online catalog are expressed in Euros (\u20ac) and are net, MizouTCG not being subject to VAT in accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). MizouTCG reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price displayed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the customer. The prices mentioned do not include shipping costs, which are charged in addition to the price of the products purchased according to the total amount of the order.<\/p>\n\n

Article 4. Order and payment terms<\/h2>\n

Before placing any order, the customer must create an account on the mizoutcg.fr website. The account creation section is directly accessible from the side menu. On each visit, if the customer wishes to order or consult their account (order status, profile, etc.), they will need to identify themselves with their personal information. MizouTCG offers the customer the option to order and pay for products in several steps, with different payment options.<\/p>\n

The customer selects the products they wish to purchase in the \"cart\", adjusts as necessary (quantities, references, etc.), checks the delivery address or enters a new one. Then, the shipping costs are calculated and presented to the customer, along with the name of the carrier. The customer then chooses their preferred payment method. The next step allows them to verify all the information, read and accept these general terms and conditions of sale by checking the corresponding box, and then validate their order by clicking the \"Confirm my order\" button.<\/p>\n

The customer then chooses their payment method: in person, PayPal, or credit card. For online payments, they will be redirected to the secure PayPal interface to safely enter their PayPal account or personal credit card details. If the payment is accepted, the order is registered and the contract is definitively formed. Payment by PayPal account or credit card is irrevocable.<\/p>\n

The validation of an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, acknowledgment of having full knowledge of them, and waiver of any right to invoke the customer's own purchasing terms. All data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. MizouTCG will communicate to the customer, by email, the confirmation of the registration of their order at the address provided when creating the customer account. Upon the customer's request, an invoice in PDF format will be sent to them.<\/p>\n
